1. No Refund Policy

All registration fees paid for RADMAP 2026 are non-refundable. Once payment is made, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to cancellation of participation, inability to attend, or withdrawal of submitted papers.

By completing the registration and making the payment, participants acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

2. Force Majeure

In case of conference cancellation or postponement due to circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, etc.):

• Participants may transfer their registration to the rescheduled date at no additional cost.
• The organizing committee will communicate all options to registered participants via email.
