Create Your Account First

You must create a user account on www.radmap2026.org before proceeding with any registration.

Keep Documents Ready

For workshop registration, you will need a recommendation letter from your Head of Institution/HOD and the duly filled workshop registration form (signed and scanned as PDF).

Student Applicants

Students must have a valid Student ID card ready for upload. Post-Doctoral Fellows, Research Associates, and FIP participants are not eligible under the student category.

No First-Come-First-Served Restriction

All registrations submitted before the deadline will be considered equally. Please note that final confirmation, including the assigned mode of participation in workshop, will be determined following a formal scrutiny process by the selection committee.

Registration Guidelines

A. Workshop Registration Guidelines

  1. All participants must create a user account on the conference website before proceeding with registration.
  2. Workshop registration is mandatory and must be completed online through the registration portal.
  3. Workshop registration requires admin approval.
  4. Successful registration will be confirmed via email notification.
  5. Participants registered for the workshop will be provided free entry to the conference.

B. Conference Registration Guidelines

Exemption for Successfully Registered Workshop Participants

  1. All participants must create a user account on the conference website to register for the conference.
  2. Conference registration must be completed online by submitting the required personal and institutional details.
  3. Registered workshop participants will receive free access to the conference.
  4. The conference will be conducted under four thematic areas.
  5. Authors are required to select the appropriate theme during abstract submission.
  6. The conference will include both oral paper presentations and poster presentations.
  7. Details regarding presentation format, schedule, and session allocation will be communicated after acceptance.
  8. Only registered authors will be permitted to present their papers or posters at the conference.

Poster & Abstract Submission Guidelines

The following guidelines are intended to assist participants in preparing and submitting abstracts and posters for RADMAP 2026. Authors are advised to carefully read and adhere to the instructions outlined below.

Eligibility for Student Category

  • The applicant must be a registered student delegate and not currently employed.
  • Post-Doctoral Fellows, Research Associates, and participants under the Faculty Improvement Programme (FIP) are not eligible under the student category.
  • A duly signed nomination form from the Head of the Institution / Head of Department (HOD) must be submitted.

Abstract Submission Guidelines

Abstracts submitted for publication should adhere to the following specifications:

Length Maximum of 350 words (approx. half a page)
File Format Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx)
Font Times New Roman, 12-point size
Line Spacing Single spaced

The abstract must include the following components:

  • Title: UPPER CASE, bold, and center-aligned.
  • Authors and Affiliations: Center-aligned; author names in bold.
  • Content Sections: Brief Introduction, Methods, Results, Conclusion, and Keywords.

Poster Submission Guidelines

Poster presentation facilities, including poster boards and mounting materials, will be provided at the venue.

Poster Format:
Poster Size A0 (118 cm height x 84 cm width), PORTRAIT orientation
Title Times New Roman, center-aligned
Author List First Author1, Second Author1, Third Author2, and so on
Affiliation Institution name, country, and e-mail of lead presenter
Text Alignment Paragraphs justified on both left and right margins
Design Requirements:
Title Font Size 80 pt (approx. 20 mm height)
Authors & Affiliations 60 pt (approx. 15 mm height)
Body Text 40 pt (approx. 10 mm height)
  • Authors are encouraged to use figures, graphs, and photographs effectively while avoiding excessive text.
  • Poster Material: Glossy paper, photo paper, or cloth posters are permitted. Flex banners are strictly prohibited.
Digital Submission (Optional and Subject to Committee Instruction):
  • Poster PDF file naming convention: SessionCode-SURNAME_Name.pdf (e.g., C3-SMITH_Jane.pdf)
  • A two-minute video summary (MP4 format, landscape orientation) may be requested, to be labeled as: SessionCode-SURNAME_Name-VIDEO.mp4
Key Presentation Tips:
  • Ensure poster content is readable from a distance of at least 2 meters.
  • Use clear section headings, arrows, and sufficient white space to guide readers.
  • Clearly display contact information such as e-mail address and/or QR code for follow-up communication.
