You must create a user account on www.radmap2026.org before proceeding with any registration.
Keep Documents Ready
For workshop registration, you will need a recommendation letter from your Head of Institution/HOD and the duly filled workshop registration form (signed and scanned as PDF).
Student Applicants
Students must have a valid Student ID card ready for upload. Post-Doctoral Fellows, Research Associates, and FIP participants are not eligible under the student category.
No First-Come-First-Served Restriction
All registrations submitted before the deadline will be considered equally. Please note that final confirmation, including the assigned mode of participation in workshop, will be determined following a formal scrutiny process by the selection committee.

Poster & Abstract Submission Guidelines
The following guidelines are intended to assist participants in preparing and submitting abstracts and posters for RADMAP 2026. Authors are advised to carefully read and adhere to the instructions outlined below.
Eligibility for Student Category
- The applicant must be a registered student delegate and not currently employed.
- Post-Doctoral Fellows, Research Associates, and participants under the Faculty Improvement Programme (FIP) are not eligible under the student category.
- A duly signed nomination form from the Head of the Institution / Head of Department (HOD) must be submitted.
Abstract Submission Guidelines
Abstracts submitted for publication should adhere to the following specifications:
Length
Maximum of 350 words (approx. half a page)
File Format
Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx)
Font
Times New Roman, 12-point size
Line Spacing
Single spaced
The abstract must include the following components:
- Title: UPPER CASE, bold, and center-aligned.
- Authors and Affiliations: Center-aligned; author names in bold.
- Content Sections: Brief Introduction, Methods, Results, Conclusion, and Keywords.
Poster Submission Guidelines
Poster presentation facilities, including poster boards and mounting materials, will be provided at the venue.

Times New Roman, center-aligned

Institution name, country, and e-mail of lead presenter

Paragraphs justified on both left and right margins
Design Requirements:

80 pt (approx. 20 mm height)
Authors & Affiliations
60 pt (approx. 15 mm height)

40 pt (approx. 10 mm height)
- Authors are encouraged to use figures, graphs, and photographs effectively while avoiding excessive text.
- Poster Material: Glossy paper, photo paper, or cloth posters are permitted. Flex banners are strictly prohibited.
Digital Submission (Optional and Subject to Committee Instruction):
- Poster PDF file naming convention:
SessionCode-SURNAME_Name.pdf (e.g., C3-SMITH_Jane.pdf)
- A two-minute video summary (MP4 format, landscape orientation) may be requested, to be labeled as:
SessionCode-SURNAME_Name-VIDEO.mp4
Key Presentation Tips:
- Ensure poster content is readable from a distance of at least 2 meters.
- Use clear section headings, arrows, and sufficient white space to guide readers.
- Clearly display contact information such as e-mail address and/or QR code for follow-up communication.
