1. Registration
- Participants must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- Registration is only confirmed upon successful payment of the registration fee.
- The registration category selected must truthfully reflect your current professional status (Student, Research Scholar, Faculty, Industry Professional, etc.).
- Providing false information may result in cancellation of registration without refund.
- Registration grants access to all conference sessions, conference materials, and designated events as per the registration category.
2. Payment Terms
- Full registration fees must be paid through the specified payment methods.
- Participants are responsible for all banking charges and transfer fees.
- Early bird registration rates are only applicable if payment is received by the specified deadline.
- Payment receipts will be issued upon successful processing of the transaction.
- Registration is non-transferable without prior written approval from the organizing committee.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to radmap2026@gmail.com.
- Refund amounts depend on the timing of the cancellation request:
- More than 60 days before the conference: 75% refund
- 30-60 days before the conference: 50% refund
- Less than 30 days before the conference: No refund
- Processing fees are non-refundable in all cases.
- Refunds will be processed within 30 working days of approval.
- In case of force majeure circumstances, the organizing committee reserves the right to modify the refund policy.
4. Paper Submission
- All submitted papers must be original and unpublished work.
- Authors must follow the submission guidelines provided on the conference website.
- The decision of the technical committee regarding paper acceptance is final.
- At least one author of each accepted paper must register and present the paper at the conference.
- The organizing committee reserves the right to assign presentation slots.
- Papers not presented at the conference may be excluded from the proceedings.
5. Code of Conduct
- All participants must maintain professional behavior throughout the conference.
- Harassment or discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated.
- Photography and recording of sessions require prior permission from the organizing committee.
- Participants engaging in disruptive behavior may be asked to leave without refund.
- Participants must respect the intellectual property rights of presenters and other attendees.
6. Liability and Insurance
- The organizing committee is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the conference.
- Participants are advised to arrange their own travel and health insurance.
- Personal belongings remain the sole responsibility of the participants.
- Participants must comply with all venue safety protocols and regulations.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
- Authors and presenters retain ownership of their content.
- Distribution of conference materials requires written permission.
- By participating, attendees authorize the use of their images in conference materials and publications.
- Conference proceedings will be published according to the guidelines provided.
8. Modifications
- The organizing committee reserves the right to modify the conference schedule, venue, or other arrangements if necessary.
- Any changes will be communicated to registered participants via email and the conference website.
- In case of conference cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of registration fees will be provided.

10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala, India.
